As you can imagine, after a decade of making cakes and with five children of my own, I have amassed quite a collection of cake pans!  I was lucky enough to have some given to me, while others have been picked up along the way by request.  Sometimes I can find a character pan, and sometimes I just have to improvise , but so far I've found a way to make all of those birthday wishes come true!
